We have high standards for our ingredients, and we have high standards for customer service.

If you are unhappy with your supplements and purchased the item within the last 60 days we'll refund your first bottle in full. Refunds of more than one bottle will be issued at our sole discretion. 

Amazon.com Purchases

By redeeming Amazon.com coupons and or purchasing our products on Amazon.com, returns and refunds are administered through Amazon.com's Return & Refund Policy.

However, if you're struggling to find a resolution through Amazon.com we urge you to tap into our customer service and reach out to us directly at support@rootcha.com with your amazon.com order number, and details of your return or refund request.


U.S. Shipping Only
Products purchased online from Rootcha will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. 

Any and all orders that ship to third-party forwarding services for international destinations are not eligible for refunds at this time.
